Fixes
- Addressed memory leaks when loading and releasing PDF page content.
- Fixed issues with loading PSD images with extra channels.
- Corrected issues with DICOM offsets that could cause calculation of incorrect YBR 422 image decoding.
- Fixed IG_IP_contrast_invert to support 1 pixel width or height images.
- Addressed display issues with certain GIF files.
